ji99 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

ji99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements.
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and compliance checks.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.
You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
